RULES for posting
I'll keep the rules real simple for the Car/Truck Sales section.
1.)Please, no registering just for the sake of trying to unload something. Members NEED a MINIMUM of 25 posts in order to sell. If we catch you spamming threads to get your post count up you will be banned from the use of this site.
2.) No linking Craigslist or other localized sites. Links to Ebay for the auto sales are acceptable but you MUST post more than just a link or your thread will be deleted!
3.) You MUST have a Price, a Location and most of all *PICS*. Absolutely NO using facebook as a pic hosting site. Not everyone has an account to be able to view the pics. Use photobucket or similar so everyone in the web world can view your pictures.
4.) NO FEELER ADS!! If your gonna sell it, then sell it. No clogging up the classified's with unsure feeler ads. If I recieve a PM stating you didn't want to sell, it will be removed.
5.) Buying/selling is at your own risk. Be sure you have done your homework on both the vehicle and the seller/buyer before purchasing/selling.
5.) Personal info is NOT needed to purchase or sell a vehicle other than basic name and home address. If you are asked for additional info, you'd better think twice about giving it.
7.) NO Commercial sales allowed unless you decide to be a site Sponsor!
8.) If you join to just sell your vehicle, your thread will be locked. Still viewable, but locked. This isn't Craigslist, it's for forum members to sell their cars. Your thread is locked to give our active members a chance to stay up top for more viewings. If you create another ad, they will both be deleted.
9.) Please, DO NOT post up your phone number or any other personal info! Use PM services to exhange your information! This is to eliminate "Post'n'Runs".
Posting in Classifieds:
Users are required to select a prefix for their thread based on what they are selling, examples include FS[Exterior]: Want to Buy: FS[Vehicle]:
To sort the User Classifieds section to a specific category go to the bottom left of the forum and select a specific prefix:
When your product is Sold, go into the thread and click the "Mark as SOLD" option in the top left to close the thread and let other users know it is no longer available:
