Hi,
Usually we recommened 5000K, 6000K and 8000K since these are the brightest
5000K (white with light yellow tint)
6000K (Pure white)
8000K (white with light blue tint)
the higher the K (Kelvin) the dimmer it is , so in this case 5000K would be the brightest)

if i have hid headlights already how hard is it to install fogs? another ballast ? also shipping price to canada please. thanks.

Fogs are easy you just need to get the bulb type conversion kit for your fogs, what's your YR MAKE MODEL and if you already have HID on your headlights you can change colors by purchasing bulbs only.
Shipping to Canada is $35, so if you buy one kit it $35, two kits $58, three kits $65, so it's cheaper to purchase more so you split the cost of shipping.

for the people with the 2009 rams what is recommended that a get with the kit a relay or a special capacitor?

HI,
Hi/lo means there is two bulbs and one bulb base, so your low beam is HID and high beam is halogen.
The bi-xenon means both low beam and high beam is HID.
So there is a small metal piece inside the bulbs that uses electro magnetic energy to shift the metal to change from low to high changing it's focus point (near to farther for high beam)

Hi,
All Dodge need Special capacitor except the 2007 version of Dodge rams need relay and some cars that use H13 bulbs (case by case issue if special capacitor doesn't work) Thanks~
