Default Powder coating wheels recommended or not?

Hey!
My 2010 Viper has now ran 45K+ KMs. It's silver painted, which is visibly in a state that asks for a refurbishment or replacement. I am thinking about doing a powder coating if it doesn't cause any problems. I have heard powder coating is more durable, but haven't heard any negatives of it. What do you say, should I do it? Or should I paint it again?

Powder coating is the way to go. I had the wheels done on my sons Challenger. $125 a wheel.
