Default lug nut torque?
Hey guys, a couple of questions for ya. Getting ready to do brakes this weekend, what do you torque your lug nuts to?

Also, what size allen or torx to remove the calipers?

I would say about much torque as it takes to turn a Kia's crank, should tighten your lugs. Good info.

I don't know, going by that I'd be worried about my wheels falling off

Yea, I know you were just kidding. I've definitly heard the "my lug nuts take more torque than your ____'s engine makes."
But I didn't know they made engines that still make under 110 ft-lbs anymore!

lug torque is somewhere around 100ft pounds..

According to the factory service manual for factory aluminum wheels 140 fp. that’s in-between the high and low range.
