1992 V6 engine idles OK but when I'm driving it bogs down and does not want to shift right. It will barely go 60 mph. It also wants to stall when you're stopped in gear at a stop sign. When I do the engine code trick (turn ignition on/off 3 times in a row) it gives me code 15 (vehicle speed sensor) and 17 (engine temp & speed). I just replaced the engine temp sensor so that should be OK. Before I spend $100 on the vehicle speed sensor, has replacing this item solved anyone else's problem? Could this also be the reason my cruise control has not been working for a long time? I have recently replaced the spark plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor about 2 months before this problem, so I believe they are good.
