alright, thanks for everyones responses they are helping out, so after everyone is talking here Id figure when I need new tires (probably before next inspection which is in september) I will switch to 33's, seems to be a good middle size between crazy big offroading 37's and 31's or stock.

Now going to 33's means I need 2-4 inches of lift, so I am assuming a bodylift kit and adjusting of torsion bars (if neccessary) would be enough. I like the black rims 95318slt has, did you just paint em or buy new ones?

Looking around at tires... what does everyone think about these? Would the check rims fit on the dodge ?

I got plenty of time i only have my permit, license comes in january, time for snow and offroadin.

damn that's a steal on those tires n wheels dude, buy those before someone else. You can make them fit if they don't with a adapter.

DAMN. Thats a beauty. Nice truck and I dig the 4X4 in back. I've been considering doing that.

Ya mine are black. They are the stock wheels that I got powder coated. Here is the only pic I got online. Sorry it was dirty at the time.

Yeah I lucked out, neighbor was selling it so I got it for 3,000 and the 4x4 was on there I believe from stock... or did they not do that?

Yeah those are sweet crazy4x4 --- and 95318, you sure they arent black? Silver is the new black I hear... haha. But I do love your light bar/support thing going into the back of the bed, was that a diy?

Changing oil tomorrow, first oil change on a car, ever, did it on motorbikes atvs snowmobiles but never on a car. Any tips/tricks?

Lol, silver, black, they're all shades of grey! :P For what its worth, I'm going to paint my new wheels black.

Yeah, I put the light bar in. Its a factory Mopar part that came in the '89 Dakota Sport. I found it in a junkyard, repainted and installed it. Its going to come back out soon though, cause I decided to build an Exo-Cage around the truck when I get the solid axle swap done.

no local 89 dodge dakota sports on craisglists :/ darn. A cage is gonna be a pain with welding but will look great in the end.

Ive decided to increase performance before looks so whats everyone think about flowmaster? just to make it a bit louder... mwaha
http://www.flowmastermufflers.com/sh...V6&orig=952547

and any other performance upgrades that would be pretty easy to install
