If its just that door is say its probably that switch, but could possibly be drivers door switches.

Your 04 Durango is a 2nd gen, so you should post your question in that section son you can get a better answer.

I am experience the same problem with back door on driving side. I discovered that the voltage on up is there but not on down. I tried cleaning the contacts on both switches, but still have the problem. I put the regulator back in and jumped 12 volts to raise the window. Then I unplugged it. I think it's a circuit board problem on the driver door controller..
