Default t/s lift side effect

has any one else done the t/s lift and found that when the wheel is almost fully turned to either side the rim hits the outer tie rod ?

Nope... I just have a problem with my tires hitting the frame... Then again, I haven't gotten an alignment yet, nor have I fixed my loose steering...

The outer tie rods should have a slot removed from them and you might have installed them on the wrong sides.

If this isn't the problem then maybe you might need to install blocks too keep them from turning to sharp.

Are they stock wheels=15x7 will rub with the 31x10.5,because as you raise the truck the a-arms move closer in=you may need to get an afternarket wheel=I bought some american racing ventura 15x8 wheels=they don't make em any more according to american racing but here's a pic of the ones I found on craig'slist=40 bucks for 4 rims and tires=tirse were shot though...
they have a wicked nice offset but their lug riders=the sit on the lugs not the hubs like stock rims do=serious 4wheelin may break wheel studs without adapters to take up the clearance between the wheel and hubs, but there's over an 1.5" clrearance with these over the stock 15x7's I have----Note I'm not an aftermarket wheel ***** so I don't know the exact detasils of these wheels=when I found em I'll post em..
