Default AC Control module

Hello to all. I'm new to this forum. Has anyone on this forum ever changed out an AC module yourself? I have a Dodge Durango 2002. I've already gotten the unit I'm going to change it out with. I'm probably going to tackle it this weekend was just wondering if it was fairly easy to do yourself.

If you're talking the unit in the dash it's really easy. Pull the trim around your gauge cluster. It screws to that. Mine has 4 plugs and 4 screws. Here's the catch though. The servo motors that run your blend, mode and vent doors will need to be recalibrated. The calibration is stored in that module. Unfortunately, the only way I know of to do that is bring it to a dealer. They need to plug in to the truck and run the calibration with their computer.
