was the new trans installed by a shop? if so i would say they need to be fixing it as part of what you paid for. If not it should still be covered under the trans warranty. Not really sure what would cause this besides transmission itself, maybe one of the speed sensors is bad? but they usually throw their own code.

Barely 1 mile on it? must have been a really short test drive (insert red flag here). No offense but, I can see why there out of business.....
P0733 is a gear ratio error and in lamens terms, they put something together wrong internally and the only way to fix it is to rebuild it (again). Anyways, sorry to break it to ya but you have been hosed and your only recourse at this time (being out of business) is through a court system.
