Default HELP needed please.

1987 D150 360/automatic

Lights work
horn works
blinkers work

radio no power
wipers no power
fan no power
power window no power

power locks work

Replaced EVERY fuse on the fuse board.
Even the big over sized ones.

Where do I start?

Help please.

Check the fusible links in the harness on the drivers side fender.

get a wiring diagram and trace where power is and isn't, checking fusible links is a good start

Sound like the fusible link.
There will be fusible link coming straight off the battery, that is for the hazards.
There will be a wire coming off the battery that goes to a group of 4 fusible links.
One will be for the alternator.
One will be for items the are hot with the key off such as Light's and horn.
The other two go to the ignition switch. One or both of these two are bad.
