Default Running rich bank 1

Ok.... 2002 Dakota 3.9 p0172 running rich bank one only othe code I got was tps witch was replaced. Misfiring on 1,3,5 . New distribution cap and rotor button, new wires/ plugs, throttle body cleaned, cat replaced, down stream 02 sensor replaced, I'm thinking my upstream 02 is giving me problems(not giving a code) because if it was any other sensor(crank, map) or even egr mabay ,it would be misfiring in bank 2 as well (I think correct me if I'm wrong) gotten to the point I can't drive the truck any thoughts

I'd do the upstream before the downstream for a "Too-Rich" condition.

Or a too-lean condition for that matter.

All three misfiring on a SEFI motor? Hrm ... I'd do a compression check and make sure you don't have any compression problems on 1/3/5. If that's OK, a leakdown test - and then swap an injector pair (say #1 / #2 ) and see if the problem moves with the injector or not.

Also, borrow or rent a NOID light set, and make sure that injectors 1,3, and 5 are switching like the ones on 2,4, and 6.

It mostly on #5 I pulled the plug and it was wet from gas checked the injectors(put in on the compressed air with a hose I made up and filled with injector cleaner with 65 lb and no leaks and connected the injector with power and it sprayed good.and switched 3 with 5 and put new o rings no change. The downstream 02 is new( ntk brand) got a upstream to go in ( mopar brand) I hope it's my issue with the othe tests u recommended I don't have access to how do I check tps or mad sensor

Well, if #5 isn't firing and dumping raw gas, that could explain why the O2 is reading "Rich", because it is. And if that happens, #1 and #3 would be run lean, so THEY may be misfiring due to that.

What kind of shape is the ignition wire in for #5?

What does the distributor cap look like for the #5 cylinder?

Are you getting spark there?

And have you run a compression test? Might not be building up enough compression to fire ...

I changed the plug it is firing but until it worms up it floods out. When it's cold the truck runs great when cold, new 02 upstream bank one (mopar) going in tomorrow I'll update with results. Would a pcv valve affect the way it runs? There is a small evap leak but had it for 3 years and the tuck ran good until last month
