Default Advice on an additional Durango

Got my wife a 2014 Durango and we both love it. So after driving it for a year, I am trying to trade my 08 Lancer GTS in on an older Durango. I was hoping to get some advice on what to look out for while I am shopping. 4x4 is a requirement for me now (spending a lot of time in Colorado the next few years) and I definitely want a Hemi.

Here is the first one

it is a Night Runner, but the wheels have been switched out (for the wheels I had been shopping to get the 2014 Durango). The only thing making me nervous is it has 147,000 miles on it. I would be getting it at a great price to make up for the mileage, but I would love to hear what you guys think!

I like the restyled 2007 - 2009 Durangos over the 2004-2006 models. The front fascia, hood and fenders were changed.
