Default Does this mean I completed a drive cycle?

I recently had a P0300 error, and replacing all my spark plug and wires fixed things. The check engine light immediately went out but of course the code was still stuck in memory, so I pulled the fuel pump fuse and reset the code. It's been about 3 days since that happened (and I've done a variety of driving since then), and I just read in my manual last night that you can tell if the OBD is reset by turning the key to the On position for a while and seeing if the CEL blinks or not. Well, it stayed steady, which means the OBD is ready to go, but I wanted to check here first before going to the smog place tomorrow so I don't potentially spend $25 only to fail. So, am I good to go?

if the cell didin't came back on, u're good to go. even if u spend 25$ and something's still wrong, after u fix it and go back, i don't think they'll charge u again

as long as your cel light isn't on when you go to the Echeck, you won't have any problems.
