Default Bucking at a stop

My wife's 04 SXT has developed a problem recently when at a stop light or starting it up after it has been sitting for a few hours. When it's started up in the morning and put into reverse it will buck while it is reversing. And when you put it into drive it does the same for a few seconds and level itself off. It will also buck once or twice (in a row) every 10-15 seconds while sitting at a stop light. It drives fine in all gears and doesn't buck while it's moving. The transmission fluid is low and I plan on changing that this weekend. It's not throwing any codes either, it just bucks and I'm curious to know if anyone else had that issue and if they fixed it.

If the fluid is low, I wouldn't leave it low just because you are going to change it in a few days.
