Default ok, what did i break now?

its a "thing" looks like some sort of sensor, its next to the distributor. I kind broke it trying to get the distributor out. it looks like theres some sort of nut holding it in, but didnt want to try turning it if it wasn't made to turn.



98 ram 1500 4x4

oil pressure sensor. any parts store - about $25.
there's a cast in nut below the black plastic.
looks like you've already got it sort of unplugged.
now just twist it out with a wrench.

They also make a special socket that is a very deep deep well to go over top of the wiring adapter and fit onto the nut to put it back on! I think the socket was nearly the same price as the damn sensor though.
