fuelsys2 --?

I know this might be a really easy question so sorry. When I hook up the obd2 my fuelsystem1 reading is cl. but my fuelsys2 is --? is this normal or should it also say closed loop thanks.

Do you have upstream O2 sensors in both sides? I'm a bit rusty on my gas engine emission systems off the top of my head.
