I told my guy to keep it if he did it in an hour. Total cost labor was 80 bucks.

 

I did go and ask about the $100 if I wanted to keep Cat.

He said he had to keep the cat for 15 days, if inspected by feds he had to show he had an old cat that was same as his records showed he sold. That was one issue.

Second issue was he has in his price the cost of a core just like a rebuild alternator. Her will hold on to them until price gets right and sell them. If I want my old one, I can get it for $100 after 15 days.

Yes, there was some, new stupid laws going around emissions equipment had to be replaced by the same exact equipment. I wasn't sure it got passed though.
