Full review of 2014 Durango

+1 on the acceleration. I got the Durango because at the time it was the most fun to drive 3 row SUV out there. I understand it is never going to win a race and don't care, but I do want it to be the most fun to drive possible. Quicker off the line would help that. Pretty happy with it at highway speeds, accelerates better then a lot of cars on the road.
As far as the touchscreen, I have a 2012 Charger R/T with the 8.4 and it is so much easier to use and better laid out then my Durango. The 14 Durango 8.4 is supposed to be even better then the Charger, so I would bet you will end up liking it better.

I would be scared as hell to drive a 3 row Wrangler SRT8. I guess that would be a Scrambler SRT8. Now a 3 row Grand Cherokee SRT8 and I'm in, even though I like the looks of the Durango better.

Why would you question me about being interested in the Durango running quicker 0-60 and 1/4 mile times and then say you'd like an SRT8 3-row Wrangler?
About your comment on the Durango R/T's official 1/4 mile of 16.5:
Motortrend ran a 15.5 @ 90.8 mph in the 2011 Durango R/T and I have seen others reports of 15.4, so I'm not sure where you are getting your numbers. Those sound like V6 Durango times.

I would be interested in the 3 row GC SRT8 as well, but I would want it to have very small flip down jump seats in the rear like the Range Rover and Land Cruiser, to keep the wheel base short and not ruin its departure angles. If it were as long as the Durango it would not be as capable, or it would need to have allot more ground clearance than the durango, which would take away from the sporty look.
