Well i have to say that after just 12 months and 21k those rear rotors didn't want to come off. They finally did and have been treated to some anti seize on the hub.

Ok the Brembos. Evryhting was going smooth till i went to attach the brake line to the caliper. My brake line has 2 square edges and one that is rounded. Only 1 side will mate up to the caliper threads . It was not going to fit. I then noticed that the original calipers had the tabs on just the opposite of the Brembos. I checked and triple checked to be sure the i was putting the right on right and left on left. For just a minute i thought i had it figured out. The calipers can have the cross-over tube and bleeders put on in either end BUT Brembos are directional calipers. Actually the rears have 2 different size pistons to balance the pad and let it wear even. The leading piston is positioned so it hits the rotor tuning into it first. Now if i flipped them they would bolt right up but the bleeders would point down and thats not right. My only option was new brake lines or make mine fit. With the day i was having i elected to modify the brake line and move on. I grind-ed flat the banjo mount and test fit it a few times and it worked fine. To all those who did this before i wonder if its a build date thing? Rock auto does list different part numbers for SRT jeep rear hoses and Durango hoses.

Original,

Centric P/n's # adn Brembo casting that ends with 4 goes on drivers side and 3's are passenger

Cleaned up this a bit more after a test fit:

Rotors area bit thicker and beefier as well .8" larger 350 MM on SRT vs 330 MM Durango

If i would have just cranked down that banjo bolt it would have split or stripped the caliper for sure.

Well the rears are all on and bedded in and not a bit of noise. They so feel a bit better.
Once the front rotors show up Tuesday then we will see how it stops. I'm jsut hoping the fronts line up. I'll check it out tomorrow .

This what I needed to trim off to make it fit. Nothing that will cause any issue or weaken the part.

Well the orientation of the brake line to caliper tab fronts looks like they match.

After bedding in the pads and a 100 miles I rechecked the rotors and re-bleed the brakes. Pedal is the best i have ever felt and the braking power is incredible.
