So you invested about 1,500. I rally want to do either the torque converter, cam and tuner. That should get it up over 400 HP. But all in it would be over 3,000

Tune and converter will completely change everything about it and that should be enough to get by until you can do the cam. Either way those are supporting mods you'll need to have before you go internal anyways.
