I just bought a 15 limited. Sticker was 43850 and I paid 35240 before the 1750 rebate.

Load leveling suspension? Just make sure your tongue weight is not so high that it's bottoming out the regular shocks. Might take a bit more care in loading the trailer. Or get an aftermarket air lift kit. Probably better than the factory package anyway.

Heavy duty cooling? Probably designed for unrestricted towing in the Arizona heat, towing uphill both directions. In more moderate climate conditions you're probably fine. And you can monitor cooling, oil and tranny temperatures in the dash info screen to make sure you're not approaching overheating.

Electrical harness? It was already there in my D without the factory installed tow package. I bought the official Mopar tow hitch and it looks just like factory. The dealer hooked up the harness and activated it for $100.

Full size spare? Buy a used 18" Durango wheel off ebay for $100 if that's a big concern for you.

Been there, done that. Experience is the key word.

And you personally may never ever have a problem.

As everyone also likes to say............Good Luck!

OTD price was 33490 before sales tax and registration.
Add approx 3350 for all that based on where I reside and the total was just under 37k. Factor in financing which was 1087 for the term of the loan and the total ownership cost was a little over 38k.
I had no trade in. I never trade a car in on a purchase. I sell them private party and reap the monetary gain they will always screw you out of.
And FYI the 15 models have a 100k warranty whereas the 16 models are 60k.
Something to think about.
