Rf Fender removal

Well I f***** up today. I hit somebody in my school parking lot with my 2005 Dodge Rumble bee. It broke a headlight and the rf fender is all bent up :/ j need to know how to take the fender off and if anybody knows where they are cheap let me know... Thanks.
