2002 Ram 1500 5.9 Shaking

2002 Ram 1500 5.9 Shaking
2002 Dodge ram 1500 5.9 4x4 quad cab Automatic, straight pipe from cat back
When I accelerate at all my truck shakes, seems like its from the front end but not 100% sure. If I am driving and let off the gas the shaking stops but right when I start to accelerate again it shakes no matter what speed I am going.
Also when I start the truck and put it into drive and have foot on break it makes a rattling noise but once I start moving it stops but will when I come to my first 3 or 4 stops it keeps doing it. But once I have driven for about 20 minutes it doesnt do it at all anymore.
Im not to mechanically smart so I figured this is the best place to help me out!
