Default another rust prob..BAD

ok fist off i bought my truck about 3 months ago...noticed a tickicking noise that was worse when it was cold then couldent hear it anymore when it warmed up....thought it might be the gaskets, but when i went to change em i noticed 2 bolts were broken... no big deal i was able to get them out and ordered new ones from the dealer...but the rest of the bolts are stripped!!!! or too far rusted to get off....and i still have a leak on the drivers side pos gasket i dunno..and i cant get to some of the bolts via shock tower in theway...took it to a machanic they told me they would have to pull the enigine...1800 base price for pulling the motor and putting it back in not including parts or man hours taking out the rusted bolts....what should i do just live with the leak?? not only that but all the parts under the truck are rusted as well not too bad but enough to have me scared to touch anything as of fear of stripping/ breaking bolts.....any advice??

also the truck is an 042500 QC hemi 4x4...sry thought the avatar would say that..

here are some pics of the rust probs and the manifold...

what the hell? pull the engine? you cant get to the bolts on the exhaust manifold? pull out the wheel well and you have MORE than enough room to work. pull of the tire too. pulling the engine is ridiculous!if your trucks not high off the ground, jack it up, pull of the front tires and drop the wheel well. the bottom bolts are easy to get to and you can get the top 4 from top. get you some new gaskets and if you must some new bolts. 2 of mine broke too and they were $1.50 a bolt.ticking problem solved.

1st im pretty sure that anything thts rusted has to be rusted all the way through for it to be covered under warranty. next im also pretty sure that the warranty is non transferable.

I think the rust thru warranty is for the body only.

the rust really doesn't look that bad....i've had worse.and as for the bolts breaking you have to realise its not only the rust that makes the bolts brittle but,the constant heating and cooling your manifolds do from running and sitting your truck does over night.but anyways $1800 sounds like highway robbery to me,it may be a pain in the @$$ to do but i'd try to do it myself any way i could for that price
