Throttle body gasket advice
Hi gang,
I've got a 2010 QC Hemi 4x4 that I was going to put a Volant CAI and a "Fastman" ported throttle body on. I was told to reuse the old TB gasket, but was not comfortable with that, so I ordered one from my local Dodge dealer. The part they gave me (53022320AB) looks like a light-blue vacuum cleaner belt. It doesn't really look like an O-ring, unless it fits in a groove. The throttle body is smooth on the bottom.
Before I rip everything out only to find I've gotten the wrong gasket, can anyone tell me what the correct O-ring/gasket is supposed to look like?
Thanks in advance!
Joe

Initial impressions
Throttle body by "Fastman" was very nice. Easy install, and you can use existing gasket (I didn't).
Volant CAI I'm not so pleased with. It was VERY hard to fit in due to my AC hoses, it sits very high, it has a huge gab at the bottom where it should pick up cold air at the fender. Seems like the parts were all a bit too short.
Only drove it a few minutes, but it seemed a it pokey. Also MUCH louder at part/full throttle. Almost like my old carbureted Mustang. Idle seems ok.
It may be that the computer needs time to adapt to the increased airflow. I'll have to see. Right now I'm not noticing any real improvement from either mod.
Will check back when I have a few miles on her...
