Just an update on this. I took my truck to the dealer over one month ago. They said they couldn't find anything wrong with it. I highly doubt they even took off the door panel. So, what should I do next?

I doubt if there is a "problem". It is most likely a firmware issue with the computer. Dodge may come out with an update if there are enough complaints. Ask your dealer how many of these issues they have seen.

This is an extremely common problem with the trucks. My truck would not unlock or lock on a daily basis. I switched by options in the EVIC to unlock all doors with the press of unlock and i havent had an issue since. It's probably been 1.5years since i did that

I did the same as BigRed....It will lock up every once in awhile, but not like it was before I changed the setting. When it does stop working; the inside buttons don't work either.
