2014 dodge ram 1500 radio
I purchased a brand. New truck off the lot. It had 32 miles on it when I drove it off. 3 days later the radio screen decided it was only going to come on when it felt like it but you could still tap it and it would work if you touched it in the right spot. A few days later it started changing radio stations every time you hit a bump.
Took it back to dealer got a loaner. They tried to update radio which fried it. Now they ordered me a new radio which is on back order for 6 months. I called chrysler and filed a claim I haven't heard anything from them yet. But in the mean time I'm back in my trade in trk. My trk only has 800 miles on it. I've owned it 14 days today 3 of them its been at the shop.
Dealer doesn't wana put me in a loaner. And my thing is I'm not driving a brand new truck if it isn't 100% working. It will sit at the "shop" till its fixed or I am absolutely forced to pick it up.
Anyone have advice or information?

In kentucky it has nothing to do with dealer really and all on chrysler claims. Have to go through them. Dealer tried to fix it. Couldnt then told me to file a claim hoping it would get me a radio faster. Chrysler told me its a very common problem and I'm basically screwed but they would csll me next week and let me know something. Not happy all..
