Default Instrument Cluster Losing Power

I have a 2013 Ram 1500 and the PCM was replace due to a charging error. Since that time my instrument cluster has dropped out two times and restarts just as if you turned the key off and back on. The engine and radio does not drop out. Anyone else have issues or know of a bulliten for this repair. Thanks in advance.

There's a flash for them defaulting to German and inaccurate outside temp, but nothing for that.
