RE: need help w/ new fault code P0455
brewcity, I crawled under the truck and noticed that one of the hoses had cracks in it. it was a small hose with a 90 degree bend, the hose comes out of a small round canister and then connects with a series of other hoses that go to the front of the truck. Hose has about a 1/2"ID. any clue if this is a delaer only item since its pre-formed?

I know this is an old post now, but I would like to say huge thanks to 'brewcity'. I've had P0440 P0441 & P0442 error codes last two months, without the local dealership finding anything and just resetting the cpu.
Found this post, had a look where you stated - BINGO, pipe cracked right the way through on the bend as you stated.
While having a service at a (different) dodge dealership today, they couldn't find anything, soI ask them to get back up, andI pointed it out, they was like 'missed that, yep that would cause it' and tapped it up for now, and a new pipe is on order.
Thanks again, driving around with that malfunction light on last 2 months getting on my nerves just a little [&:]
If your ever in jolly old England, I owe you a pint!
