I found your forum doing a search and your page seemed to be the only on I found that addressed some of the issues that I am having. I hope you can help or at least point me in the right direction. I have a 2012 Ram 1500. I don't use many of the features of my radio/Uconnect, however I do like to use hands free for phone calls, I have an iPhone 5s. I am the 2nd owner of the vehicle. When I got the truck I could not connect my phone for hands free (message came on that said Uconnect unavailable or something like that) and I did some research and one site told me to disconnect the battery for a while and I did and that seemed to work for a while. I did experience some hands free disconnection meaning it would lose connection and then reconnect hands free as if I was out of range of the system but I was sitting in my truck. That went on for a couple months and then all of a sudden it will not connect at all. I press the phone button and it gives me the same message that I got when I first purchased the truck.

Do you know of any updates that I may need for my Uconnect module or my Radio?
