Need a diagram the tells me what the black and grey plugs/wires are for.

You can download the FSM in the 2nd gen Ram section that will contain wiring diagrams.

The black and grey plugs are all the power and speaker connections. If you buy the adapter plugs (for an aftermarket radio) that will have descriptions of the wiring on it.
