I just imported my truck and it was well worth the savings. Im not sure about new trucks but my local dealership told me they could program the day time running lights for me with out cutting a wire. Basicly they would jjust re-flash the computer to change the country setting is what I was told. Everything else in the process has been covered in previous posts EXCEPT the fact that it is a bit of a process and can be very stressful at times. The more information and better understanding you have on the process the quicker you can get it done and the sooner youll be driving your new truck!

To up date...chrysler canada will not honor warranty on a used 2014 product
bought in the USA and imported into Canada... so thiers really no point in buying a inflated product made in Mexico (HD Rams) at a Canadian dealer, now Ford offers coverage on power train...im finding some new un sold 2012 rams in Calgary. .Free Trade?? Doubt it..
