12th Annual Dakota R/T National Meet - Ontario

12th Annual Dakota R/T Club
NATIONAL MEET
Thursday June 2nd - Sunday June 5th
Meet Location: Hilton Garden Inn
100 Traders Blvd E, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

Distance: From Windsor Border crossing 212 miles OR 3 hrs 45 minutes.
From Niagara Falls Border crossing 74 miles OR 1 hr 20 minutes.
From Cornwall Border crossing 282 miles OR 4 hrs 45 minutes.
Meet Schedule
Thursday: Arrival day! Meet registration check in ongoing during day.
Friday: Tour of Brampton LX Assembly Plant Aprox 30 minutes from hotel.
Limit of people to be determined.
Show and Shine Location to be determined along with time.
Saturday: Drag Racing at Toronto Motorsports Park (Cayuga) Aprox 1 hr 20 minutes from hotel. ALL DAY EVENT.
Cost $40.00 for Test and Tune or $10.00 to spectate.
Saturday night: Get together and Barbecue.
Trophy Awards to be given out for racing winners and S&S
Sunday: Dyno Day at Maximum Performance Scarborough Aprox 30 minutes from hotel, FREE Barbecue for lunch.
Cost $50.00 Includes 2 Dyno Pulls and Printed Graph
displaying HP, TORQUE and AIR/FUEL readings.
LX Club will join us at the track and for the dyno day, us against them!.
Meet Fees:
$40 DRTC members
$65 non-members
$15 guests
Members/non-members will get a t shirt, a chance for trophies, and a chance at door prizes. Guest fee covers the BBQ on Saturday night only!
KJ (Rtspeeddemon) is the main POC for questions and meet details on this one. We will add more information as things are settled, SnS details, LX Plant tour times, etc. The major dates are up now so everyone can plan their vacation and travel times accordingly.
Please note for all US members, you will need a passport to get into Canada. Be it in the form of an enhanced Drivers License, or a regular passport, you will need something. If you have never had a passport, I highly suggest to apply for one now as they can take a while the first time around.

17 DAYS and counting till the meet!!!!
Lets get some more registered for the meet!
Here's the minimum you will receive at the meet when you attend...
- Gift Bag consisting of Meet T-Shirt, plus a few more goodies value somewhere around $25.00
- Barbecue included with your meet fee all you can eat! Aprox $15-$20 Value
- Draw prize valued at a minimum of $50.00 and up to a possible maximum of $400.00! Infact top 9 prizes available range between $200.00 - $400.00.
So far only 25 people registered officially meaning you have a 1-3 chance of receiving a prize valed at $200.00 or higher!!!
For those who cannot attend you can still register and get your name entered into the prize draws! Seeming it only costs $40.00 to register and your minimal prize value is $50.00 just for entering...... are you doing the math???? What's up get registered whether you can make it here or not!
