I have a 09 Dodge Avenger SXT. The other day I drove to Portland, turned off my car. 5 minutes later I tried to start the car. It wouldn't turn over. Tried it in park and neutral several times without success (alternator and battery doesn't seem to be the issue). I plugged in the OBD II, nothing showed up. Then I tried turning it over again, this time it started. Got home, turned off the car, then tried turning it over again, no luck. The next day I tried starting the car, no luck. I used the remote starter and it worked. Turned off the car and tried using the key and it worked again. Later I tried using the key and it wouldn't turn over again.

I'm confused what it could be. The battery is properly charge and there doesn't seem to be an issue with the alternator.
