changing oil and filter and air filter

hi there I want to change my oil

1. what weight should I use

5w-20 or 10w-30
full synthetic or semi synthetic

goanna use mopar oil filter.

also how many quarts does it take

2. should use a k-n- filter

4.5 qrts
Yes you can use a K&N
I always use synthetic oil as preference
