Default 1998 Plymouth Voyager

I was wanting to know if anyone else was having brake problems for the 98 voyager? I am having to replace the brakes every 3-6 months!! Any insight to this problem would be most appreciated, thanks!!

you might have bad rubber brake hoses i think you mean the front pads right or all four . you might want to make sure the rear wheel cyc. frozen and make the front do all the work. caliper might be hanging up to. hope that helps. alan

My grandma went through brakes often also..You dont ride the brake do you ?

Drive the van around the block a couple of times and see if the brake rotors get hot.Try to coast to a stop in your driveway and see if they are anything other than cool to the touch.If they are they are dragging a little and need to be checked to see what could be the problem.Look for rusted slide pins or coroded piston bores causing the calipers to bind.
