A/C problems 2001 GC
My 2001 GC 3.3 liter with rear air has been without AC for a year. Now it is making horrible noises under the hood. My mechanic says the compressor clutch is out & I need a new compressor to the tune of about $700 installed.
I have read about bypass pulleys to fix the problem without getting a new compressor, as I am used to being without A/C. I have looked for serveral hours on the internet, but the only ones I can find are for up to the model year 2000. Is there a bypass pulley for a 2001?
