Hello,

I have a 2005 Caravan 3.3L w/ rear drums and cannot press down on the emergency brake foot pedal. The pedal will not go down at all. Could this be the assembly itself? If so, could anyone offer some advise on how to remove it

If it hasnt been used much the parking brake cables could be seized and rusted inside the housings. Replacements are cheap usually but install can be a pain. I'm not familiar with the vehicle in question enough to know.
