Default can't find the right brake proportioning valve

I have a 2000 Dodge Caravan 3.0. The brake proportioning valve is rusted out and when I ordered a replacement it is the wrong one. I can't find a replacement anywhere. Does anyone know where I can get one?

That's because what you have in the picture is not a proportioning valve. But what you ordered is. The part in the picture is a junction block. I believe they use that when you don't have ABS
