Default P720 code for 03' Dodge GC

03 Dodge Grand Caravan engine light code P720, needle goes from 0 to 20 PMH while vehicle is running at 0 mph. The Transmission guy changed the sensor still same issue he recommended to pay for a diagnostic check at the local Dodge dealer to find the problem. Any ideas ? thanks

What sensor did he change? If you know the code, you already had the diagnostic check. That's all the dealer will do, read the code. That code is output speed sensor, so if that sensor was changed, also check the connector and wiring.

Thanks JKeaton, I took to local Pepboys they scanned the eng. light and gave me these codes now: P736,P732, P731, P730, P700, P720 , Car still running ok in the freeway, but needle jumps from 0 to 20mph. Dealer will charge $150 for a written diagnostic. Should I pay for a transm oil change first ?.
