I was browsing napaonline.com, and seen for the '03 Grand Caravan there are three different 41TE transmissions. Does anyone know the differences?

part numbers:
MTC G10435 "Transmission Tag ID # 48000931AC, 5095350, 5095350AA, 5102931, 5102931AE , 5102931AF"
MTC G10336 "Tranmsission Tag ID # 5095272, 5102918, 5102918AE"
MTC G10694 "Transmission Tag ID # 5095254, 5102932, 5102932AE, 5102932AF"

I know you use the tag serial to match up, but there were 5 engine options for the '03 and all had 4-speed options.. It's the same case with all generations of C/GC/T&C I know cause I've had to go through it before with all but 08+/5th gen(I've yet to own 5th gen).

My 03 has a 3.3 to 3.8 swap but the transmission is from the 3.3..

 

They all bolt up, and assuming you have the TCM for that trans it should work fine.
It would be interesting to know the difference, I'm guessing its minimal. Possibly different final drives?
The A543 for instance had 3 different finals, 3.56, 3.77, 3.92, 3.77 being the most common. Could be something along those lines.

Tag ID's: 48000931AC, 5095350, 5095350AA, 5102931, 5102931AE , 5102931AF are for the 3.3L V6 FWD w/ 41TE Transmission.

Tag ID's: 5095272, 5102918, 5102918AE are for the 3.8L V6 AWD w/ 41TE Transmission.

Tag ID's: 5095254, 5102932, 5102932AE, 5102932AF are for the 3.8L V6 FWD w/ 41TE Transmission.
