power windows

I have a 5th gen grand caravan with a right side rear door power window that wont go up using either switch motor is good can operate with external power source to motor any ideas?

I know little about 5th gens but earlier vans have a flexible wire harness in a cavity below the door. Wires commonly break from all the flexing.

There was a recall on the 2008 door wiring.
