Door Locks Problem

Have a 1996 Grand Caravan and the remote door locks are working very intermittently with both the remote and even manually pushing down the lock seldom locks the entire car. Any ideas on what is wrong and how to solve it? Thanks

I would myself go to one of the doors that is acting up an peel the inside panel off and check the operation. Could be as simple as lubrication. IMO
