Default Replacing the factory Goodyears...bigger in the rear?

Just took delivery on my new 14 Challenger....has the 20x8 wheels with the goodyear eagle f1 tires 245/45zr20
Had the same set on my 13 Charger Daytona and hated the tires....almost worn out by 12K miles....
So I want to replace them asap while its new..thinking of keeping the same size on the fronts...and going a bit wider on the rears...
What size tire would I need to go about 1/2 to inch wider than factory?
Also, thoughts on Nitto Invo's for rear, or maybe maybe drag radials?
Any input is appreciated!
