Default Help! Speakers with no Sound

I have a 2007 Dodge Charger and I was installing an after market stereo. Got every out easy enough but when I hooked it up at first I had sound then I turned the car off to put dash plate back on and hook up the fan controls and when I got everything back together and turned it on I no longer had sound I took apart checked all the connections and still nothing. The stereo has power but no sound comes from the speakers. Thinking I blew a fuse I checked and couldn't find anything there. Please help I'm worried something bad and expensive has happened.

This is my after market stereo:

Default I have the same problem, radio on, but no sound

I have a 2007 Charger, and replaced the factory radio with an aftermarket, the radio powers on properly but no sound from the speakers. I had the basic stereo system, is there an amp or switch that needs to be hooked up?
