Cool Need Help Restoring a '60 Pioneer

I am having a problem with the rear axle on my 1960 Pioneer. It is locked up. It was free a couple of months ago before I bought it, but it has been sitting. Any ideas how to free it up?

Are you sure it's the gear locking up? Did you check for a problem with a brake cylinder, e-brake, or components of them?
Is this an 8-1/4"?

Yeah, checked them all. I just don't understand how the rear could've locked up like that. I guess I am going to have to take the rear apart.
