Default Question about aftermarket car alarm install on '09 Journey

I bought an 09 Journey SE that doesn't have a factory alarm installed.
Instead , it has a Express Kit with an Avital Keyless entry system.

What I was wondering since it is already installed with an Xpress Kit , how hard would it be to install a Avital 5303L with remote start in my Journey?

Any insite on this install would be appreciated !

Thanks ,
-Glenn

It seems that after 171 views that there is little or no
level of experience with the system you have installed.
I would suggest you find (google) "Avital" to find it on
the net as it may have relevance on other forums.

By "no factory alarm", you mean one that doesn't noises?

I've done that to find the wiring diagram for both the xpresskit and the avital keyless entry system . what I was concerned about is how the journey se's computer would be affected with a remote start system added to it. I don't think the se model has the can bus system...

I mean it doesn't have an alarm on it. Se trim package only comes with a keyless entry system new.
