Iceman Cold Air PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!
hey man i just want to know if there has been any other problems besides mine with the Iceman CAI. here is my situation i bought a iceman cai for my car about six months ago a 03 srt4. about two weeks ago i was driving to work at about 65 mph on the freeway went to slow down and i had no brakes so i swerved to the e lane to avoid hitting the car in front of me. I took my car to the dealer and the said the the CAI that i have is pressed up against the master cylinder and brake lines and it broke my brake line fortunately they covered it under warranty this time but they said next time it is out of my pocket. so i emailed iceman and this is what they said.
Please be advised that we are asking you to please remove
your Iceman intake system from your vehicle until we fix the
problem or replace your system. We will also need your system
back for review, and so that we can either replace it (free
of charge) or give you a 100% money back refund on the Iceman
But PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SRT4 Iceman Intake System on your
vehicle at ALL, and we ask that you remove it today or as
soon as possible. Even before we have a chance to see what is
happening with the Iceman installation, the risk is to high
for the problem to happen again so we are advising you to
remove the system today 8-29-05.
Please give us some information on yourself and please email
us pictures and any other information you have of the
problem. This will help us solve this problem faster.

you are using the Iceman Intake System at your own risk.
Once removed we will send DHL to pick it up, for us to review
the problem and refund your money for the purchase price.
David I understand your frustration, I am sorry but I have
already asked accounting to get ready for a refund and it
should take a few days to get it out to you, please email me
proof of purchase so you can get your funds quicker so that
you can buy a new intake to replace the Iceman.
i called iceman and talked to Andy the owner and he personally told me on a monday of last week that i should have a refund by wednsday or thursday GUESS WHAT NO refund. I have tried to contact Andy by phone its disconected,by email no response anybody else out there with ICEMAN PROBLEMS
