07 Nitro fuel pump fuse

The fuel pump fuse on our 07 Nitro keeps blowing. Does anyone have any ideas as to what would cause this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

there must be an exposed wire somewhere arcing out on the frame, my buddies diesel had this issue,
